This platform supports clinic technical and fabrication collaboration; it does not provide patients with online diagnosis or self-treatment instructions. Treating professionals must decide final materials, design, indications and use. Fabrication or shipping status is not clinical acceptance.
2. Use and data authorisation
Materials, structure, shade, lead time and quotation require complete files and technical review; a specific plan or delivery date is not promised before review. Clinics are responsible for patient authorisation, clinical prescriptions, suitability, fitting and final clinical use. Technical review and fabrication collaboration do not replace clinical care. Provide necessary case files only to authorised people involved in that case, not the entire patient record by default.
Clinic and authorised staff account details, anonymous patient references, scans, necessary photos and restoration requirements, materials and shades, orders and quotations, delivery contacts and addresses, shipping records, remake reasons and support messages. Use an anonymous patient reference, not patient names, phone numbers or unrelated identifiers. Dental information that can still be linked to a person needs special protection.
