Cancellation of custom fabrication depends on technical review, quotation acceptance, material procurement and whether fabrication has started; cancellation is not universally free at any time. For occlusion, shade, fit or damage issues, submit a remake reason and necessary evidence against the original order for review. A request is not approval for a free remake or refund. Responsibility, charges, return arrangements and timing depend on review, the order agreement and applicable law; warranty scope and duration follow the express order terms without removing statutory rights.
3. Making a request
Contact product support or the listed email with an order reference if any, issue description, time and necessary evidence. Do not send passwords, verification codes, full card details or unrelated patient data. Payment is not proof of delivery, and a request is not an approved refund or remake; actual records must be checked.
4. Resolution and statutory rights
A resolution should state responsibility, remedy, amount and currency if relevant, required materials and next steps. Refund routes and settlement timing depend on the actual payment channel and agreement, and actual processing confirmation.
